In short, it starts with a call about your resume, moves to a Zoom interview and a team decision, and leads into a first week built around training and mentorship. Here’s a closer look at each step.
Step One: A Call About Your Resume
Candidates find us through job boards like Indeed, Handshake, and LinkedIn. Once we receive your resume, we’ll call you to discuss it. That first call is a screening conversation, a chance for both of us to get to know each other and see whether the role is a good fit.
Step Two: Your Zoom Interview
If the screening call goes well, we’ll schedule a Zoom interview. Our President and CEO, Thomas Watson, or one of our top lead executives will lead it. Here’s what we’re hoping to see:

Your First Week at Paletta Consulting, Inc.
Starting somewhere new is exciting, and it helps to know what’s ahead. Here’s what your first week will look like.
Monday is a half day. You’ll learn our pitch, the product, and the foundational sales systems everything else builds on.
From Tuesday through Friday, you’ll mostly shadow your trainer and see how everything works in action. Along the way, you’ll get chances to take the lead while your trainer shadows you and coaches you in real time.
All week long, our lead executives mentor you and make sure you have everything you need to be successful. It’s our big brother model in action: from day one, someone has your back.
What’s Covered for You
You won’t be asked to pay for anything during our process. Paletta Consulting, Inc. covers your tablet, uniform, drug test, and background check, so you can focus on the job.
